• Oversee the maintenance of your property during the coming year to make sure your visits and those of your friends, family or guests (if renting) are trouble free.

  • Organise the preparation of your property for each new arrival.
  • Arrange for the reconnection and or repair of electricity / water supplies, telephone / internet connections.
  • Arrange repair call outs for domestic appliances.
  • Organisation of improvements and building works using qualified and registered plumbers, builders, electricians, glaziers, carpenters etc.
  • Weekly visits to the property (when there are no clients in residence) as a security and maintenance control. Additional visits will be made in the case of an emergency (24 hours) to resolve problems encountered by guests or due to adverse weather conditions.
